Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá webovou analytikou s důrazem na elektronické obchodování. Jejím cílem je čtenáře uvést do problematiky, popsat dostupné nástroje a metriky a tyto poznatky následně aplikovat na řešení konkrétního problému, kterým je provedení analýzy současného stavu a zvýšení použitelnosti vybraného internetového obchodu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with website analytics with emphasis on electronic trading. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the subject, describe the various tools and metrics and consequently apply the findings to solve a particular problem, which, in this case, is to perform an analysis of the current state and to raise the usability of a selected e-commerce site.
