Business communication in services

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje podnikové komunikaci ve službách. Jejím cílem je analyzovat současný stav komunikace se zákazníky dvou vybraných podniků, které se zaměřují na poskytování služeb, a následně formulovat návrhy na zlepšení tohoto procesu. Na základě hlavního cíle jsem formulovala výzkumné otázky, které ve své práci zodpovím. Samotný výzkum se opírá o řízené rozhovory vedené s vybranými respondenty, zodpovědnými za komunikaci se zákazníky a anonymní dotazníkové šetření mezi zákazníky vybraných podniků. Práce je rozčleněna do tří částí, a to teoreticko-metodologické, analytické a návrhové. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsem provedla rešerši odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů a zaměřila jsem se především na podnikovou a marketingovou komunikaci podniku. Analytická část práce se věnuje vybraným podnikům z oblasti služeb a jejich komunikaci se zákazníky. Úplný závěr práce představuje návrhovou část orientovanou na to, jak lze komunikaci vybraného podniku se zákazníky zefektivnit a zvýšit tak zákaznickou spokojenost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the business communication in services. Its aim is to analyse the current condition of the communication with customers in two selected companies that are aimed at providing services, and then to formulate some proposals for this process improvement. On the basis of the main aim, research questions were formulated which will be answered in the thesis. The research itself is based on the pen and paper interviews with selected respondents, who are responsible for the communication with customers and anonymous questionnaire survey among customers of selected companies. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretic-methodological, analytical and design. The theoretical-methodological part comprises a research study of specialised literature and interned-based sources; it is focused mainly on the corporate and marketing communication. The analytical part of the thesis is aimed at selected companies dealing with services and their communication with customers. The conclusion of the thesis introduces the design part which is focused on the methods of better efficiency of the communication with customers in the selected company and thus improve customers satisfaction.
