Drug juvenile delinquency

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá drogovou kriminalitou mládeže. Krom historického vývoje na naší drogové scéně, současné legislativy, týkající se drogových trestných činů je v ní shrnuta i odlišná právní úprava trestního řízení probíhajícího proti mladistvému či dítěti mladšímu 15 let. Věnuji se také příčinám tohoto nežádoucího společenského jevu a v neposlední řadě je část práce zaměřena také na prevenci. Praktická část je pak postavena na dotazníkovém šetření, kdy je zjišťován názor škol v Libereckém kraji na problematiku prevence a stav drog, které jsou nalézány ve školských zařízeních u dětí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with drug crime among youth. In addition to the historical development of our drug scene, current legislation related to drug crimes, it also summarizes the different legal regulation of criminal proceedings against juveniles or children under 15 years of age. I also focus on the causes of this undesirable social phenomenon, and last but not least, part of the work is also focused on prevention. The practical part is then based on a questionnaire survey, where the opinion of schools in the Liberec region on the issue of prevention and the state of drugs that are found in school facilities among children is ascertained.
