Abstract:

Aktuální uprchlická krize je jednou z nejrozsáhlejších od druhé světové války. Po přijetí uprchlíků následuje důležitá otázky, jakým způsobem nové přistěhovalce úspěšně začlenit do společnosti. Migrační krize a velká vlna uprchlíků je současnou realitou se kterou se musí vypořádat tak, aby finální výsledek byl prospěšný pro obě strany. Teoretická část práce se staví na rozebrání scénářů segmentované asimilace a následně identifikaci nezbytných faktorů, umožňujících úspěšnou integraci zvlášť v případě uprchlíků. Praktická část práce je následně věnována zkoumání integrační politiky ve Francii a v ČR. Zatímco česká integrační politika se postupně vyvíjí od začátku devadesátých let minulého století a s každým rokem se obohacuje o nové dílčí strategie, francouzská integrační politika prochází reformací. Francouzská integrační politika není ve svém současném znění koherentní. Aby mohla dosáhnout svého cíle a zvládnout efektivní integraci velkého počtů uprchlíků, je nezbytné zavedení strategií s jasno definovanou cílovou skupinou. Nakonec, práce definuje předpoklad toho, že integrační strategie v oblasti vzdělání a přístupu na trh práce, můžou pozitivně ovlivnit směr integrace cizinců a možná i snížit probabilitu výskytu scénáře sestupné asimilace.

Abstract:

The current refugee crisis is one of the largest since the Second World War. The reception of refugees is followed by important questions on how to successfully integrate new immigrants into the society. The migration crisis and the big wave of refugees are the current reality that governments have to deal with in a way that would be beneficial for both sides. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of segmented assimilation scenarios and subsequently identification of the important factors enabling successful integration. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the study of integration policy in France and the Czech Republic. While Czech integration policy has evolved gradually since the early 1990s and has been enriched with new sub-strategies each year, French integration policy is undergoing reformation. French integration policy in its current state is not coherent. In order to achieve the objective and manage the effective integration of large numbers of refugees, it is necessary to introduce strategies with a clearly defined target group. Finally, the thesis defines the assumption that integration strategies in the field of education and labor market access can positively influence the direction of integration of foreigners and possibly reduce the probability of the occurrence of a downward assimilation scenario.
