Práce, jejíž název je, jednání, která byla a již nejsou posuzována jako nekalá soutěž se zabývá srovnáním jednání, které bylo jako nekalosoutěžní posouzeno podle předválečného zákona 111/1927 Sb. s nynější úpravou a právní praxí.
Abstract:
Former and Contemporary Acts Against Good Manners of Competition is name of dissertation, which main goal is omparation of unfair competition in prewar Czechoslovakia, which was codified by the Act No. 111/1927 and actual legal form codified by a part I. of Act No. 513/1991, commertial law.
