Modification of components of the transport system of solid alternative fuels

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou komponent dopravního systému tuhých alternativních paliv. V úvodních stránkách praktické části je uveden prvotní stav zařízení, komponent a jejich následné úpravy, tj. úprava kluzáků a hrabel. Jedná se o nový prototyp dopravníku, který nese prvky pásového a řetězového dopravníku. Vedení pásu bude zajištěno pomocí tzv. kluzáků, vedených po ližinách, čímž bude snížena pořizovací cena oproti použití válečků. V práci je také uveden výpočet pro stanovení pohonu dopravního systému. Jeho návrh je vypočítán pomocí odporů, které v tomto dopravníku vznikají při přepravě materiálu. Předpokládá se také snížení hlučnosti a energetických nákladů na provoz. V závěru práce je výčet přínosů nového dopravníku včetně šetrnosti k životnímu prostředí, kterého je docíleno díky celoplošnému zakrytování konstrukce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes modification of components of the transport system of the solid alternative fuels. There is primal state of mechanism, components and their following modifications in the introduction of the practical part. It is new prototype of conveyor that contains elements of belt conveyor and chain conveyor. Lining of belt will be provided by so called sliders ridded on skids. The price will be lower compared to use of idlers. The bachelor thesis includes calculation of drive station of the new conveyor. The result is calculated by use of resistances that arises during transport of material. It is expected noise reduction and decrease of energy costs. There is a final list of benefits of the new conveyor system including decrease of negative influence to environment by the use of covering of the construction.
