Stress at Exposed Positions

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem u exponovaných pozic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na podrobnějším seznámení se stresem a tyto znalosti se dále využívají v praktické části. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena hlavně na ten pracovní stres a na výběr 5 ti pracovníků firmy. V praktické části se rozebírají jejich pozice ve firmě, co je stresuje, jak se u nich stres projevuje a poslední věcí je, co by rádi změnili, aby se jejich stres zmírnil. Výstupem práce je vyhodnocení všech pracovníků, aby i zaměstnavatel věděl, jak na tom jsou jeho zaměstnanci.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the stress level of the exposed positions. The theoretical part show more detailed information about stress and this knowledge are used in the practical part. Bachelor's thesis is primarily focused on the stress from work on the five em-ployees. In the practical part of the thesis are described the job positions, causes of the stressing situation, how the stress is affecting the employees. In the end are the employees questioned what they would like to change to reduce their stress level from work. As the result of the thesis is evaluation of all employees and the report for the employer to provide the information about their employees.
