Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá predikcí cen nemovitostí na základě charakteristik jednotlivých nemovitostí pomocí vybraných predikčních modelů. Zkoumaným trhem je trh s byty na prodej v Bratislavě. Vzhledem k množství pozorování, která neobsahují informaci o ceně, jsou v práci vytvořeny i modely predikce přítomnosti informace o ceně v inzerátu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the prediction of real estate prices based on the characteristics of individual properties using selected prediction models. The market examined is the market of apartments for sale in Bratislava.
