Diplomová práce se zabývá přístupem manažera k vedení lidí ve vztahu k efektivitě práce. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení managementu a leadershipu, efektivitě práce a transformačnímu leadershipu, jeho složkám, měření a tréninku. This thesis deals with manager’s leadership approach in relation to labour efficiency. The theoretical part defines management and leadership, labour efficiency and transformational leadership, its components, measurement and coaching.
