Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci vybraného podniku DIGIFAST s. r. o. a navrhnout možná zlepšení postavení podniku na trhu. V první části je teoreticky zpracován pojem podnik, konkurenceschopnost dle Portera, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Ve druhé části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány v praxi. The aim of this thesis was to rate the economic situation of selected company DIGIFAST s. r. o. and suggest how to improve it. In the first part is theoretically explained concept of business, competitiveness according to the Porter, financial and SWOT analysis.
