Bakalářská práce s názvem „Bytové vlastnictví a katastr nemovitostí“ si klade za cíl analyzovat právní úpravu bytového vlastnictví a otázek s ním spojených. Hlavní část mé práce tvoří rozbor tzv. bytového zákona – zákon č. 72/1994 Sb., kterým se upravují některé spoluvlastnické vztahy k budovám a některé vlastnické vztahy k bytům a nebytovým prostorům a doplňují některé zákony. Abstract:
My bachelory is named „The flat property and the land register“ and its aim is to analyze legal regulations of the flat property and questions linked with it. The main part of my work is the analysis of „the flat law“ number 72/1994 Sb., by which some co-owner relations to buildings and some owner relations to flats and non-residential places is regulated and follow-up some laws.
