Bakalářská práce se zabývá mechanickou srdeční podporou v ošetřovatelské péči. V teoretické části je definováno srdeční selhání, typy mechanické srdeční podpory, systémy Levitronix a HeartMate II a specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s implantovanou mechanickou srdeční podporou. The Bachelor thesis deals with the mechanical cardiac support in nursing care. Heart failure, types of mechanical cardiac support, Levitronix and HeartMate II systems and specific nursing care for patients with implanted mechanical cardiac support are defined in the theoretical part.
