Práca sa zaoberá vývojom spolupráce regulačných orgánov v elektroenerge-tike. Ponúka retrospektívny pohľad na vývoj spolupráce v sektore v prostre-dí Európskeho spoločenstva. Mapuje vznik a evolúciu národných regulač-ných orgánov. Vysvetľuje medzery v jednotlivých štádiách právnej úpravy a súčasnú štruktúru spolupráce. Kriticky hodnotí vytvorenie ACER.
