Abstract:
Nedílnou součástí biomedicinského výzkumu je aplikace látek do organismu modelových zvířat. Tato práce nabízí přehled možných cest podání látek do těla laboratorního potkana se zaměřením na intraperitoneální aplikaci. V práci je podrobně popsán celý postup aplikace, od správné manipulace s potkanem a podmínkách jeho chovu, diskusi potkana jako biomodelu až po průběh samotné aplikace. Jako modelová …more
