Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou ohodnocovania podniku a stanovenia všeobecnej hodnoty podniku porovnávacou metódou. V teoretických východiskách som sa som sa snažil definovať základné pojmy ako podnik, pričom som bol zameraný na priblíženie významu oceňovania.
