Rasa jako důvod pronásledování

Race as the Ground of Persecution
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor pojmu pronásledování obsaženého v Ženevské úmluvě z roku 1951. Zároveň zohledňuje i nejnovější vymezení tohoto pojmu, jež přináší Kvalifikační směrnice Evropské unie. Dále toto pojednání rozebírá jeden z pěti důvodů pronásledování v Ženevské úmluvě taxativně vymezených, tj. rasu. Výklad je doplněn o rozbor pojmu rasy z antropologického hlediska.
Abstract:
Diploma work analyses a term persecution set forth in the 1951 Geneva Convention. It herewith takes into account the latest definition introduced by the EU Qualification directive. Futhermore the paper discusses one of the grounds of persecution stipulated in Geneva convention, i.e. race. Antropologic study of the term race is also included in the work.
