Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce Horizontální a vertikální delegace obchodního vedení v obchodních korporacích je vymezení pojmů a funkce horizontální delegace obchodního vedení a vertikální delegace obchodního vedení a identifikace nejčastějších problémů spojených s delegací obchodního vedení. Práce dále obsahuje doporučení a několik příkladů variant nastavení delegace obchodního vedení v obchodních korporacích.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis Horizontal and vertical delegation of business management in business corporations is to define the concept and function of vertical and horizontal delegation of business management and to identify the most common problems associated with delegation of business management. The thesis also contains recommendations and examples of several variant of the delegation of business management in bussiness corporations
