Strategic analysis of the non-profit organization nvias, z.s.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy poskytnout doporučení pro strategické rozhodování Nvias, s důrazem na efektivní využití silných stránek a příležitostí a eliminaci vlivu slabých stránek a hrozeb. Přínos práce spočívá v poskytnutí komplexního vhledu do strategického řízení neziskové organizace Nvias. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových faktorů pro prosazení se v konkurenčním prostředí. V teoretické části je vymezen neziskový sektor a právní forma analyzované organizace. Dále teoretická část obsahuje vymezení hlavních pojmů týkajících se strategie, vysvětlení specifik strategické analýzy neziskových organizací a samotných metod strategické analýzy. V rámci praktické části je popsána zkoumaná organizace nvias, činnosti a zaměření této organizace. Následuje samotná strategická analýza, která je složena z analýzy makrookolí, mikrookolí a analýzy vnitřních zdrojů a schopností. Výstupem práce je syntéza provedených analýz, určení klíčových silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí, ohrožení a rizik a doporučení pro strategické řízení organizace

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to provide recommendations for Nvias' strategic decision making through strategic analysis, with an emphasis on the effective use of strengths and opportunities and the elimination of the influence of weaknesses and threats. The contribution of the thesis lies in providing a comprehensive insight into the strategic management of the non-profit organization Nvias. The thesis focuses on the identification of key factors for establishing oneself in a competitive environment. The theoretical part defines the non-profit sector and the legal form of the analyzed organization. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the definition of the main concepts related to strategy, explanation of the specifics of strategic analysis of non-profit organizations and the methods of strategic analysis itself. The practical part describes the nvias organization and the activities and focus of this organization. This is followed by the strategic analysis itself, which consists of an analysis of the macroenvironment, microenvironment and an analysis of internal resources and capabilities. The output of the thesis is a synthesis of the analyses conducted, identification of key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and risks and recommendations for the strategic management of the organization.
