Téma diplomové práce se zabývá insolvenčním řízením se zaměřením na věřitele podniku v úpadku v podnikatelském prostředí České republiky. The theme of this thesis deals with insolvency proceedings focused on creditors of bankrupt company in the business environment in the Czech Republic. Thesis in the theoretical part describes process of the insolvency proceedings and focuses on bankruptcy and reorganization.
