Ve své práci se zabývám vyšetřením zkrácených svalových skupin u extraligového florbalového mužstva. Měření bude probíhat pouze na hráčích hrajících na levou stranu. Stanovím si několik hypotéz o zkrácených svalech, které budu dále standardizovaným měřením potvrzovat nebo vyvracet. Na základě diagnózy svalů, které mají ve florbale největší tendenci ke zkrácení, sestavím baterii kompenzačních cviků …more
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is examination of the shortened muscular parts in the major league floorball team. Only players who play on the left are going to be examined. I?m setting hypothesis which I will prove or disprove. I will diagnose muscles with gretest tendency for shortening and I will design compensatory excercises which should lead to improvement.
