Abstract:
Tématem této práce je Mzdová diskriminace v NHL a konkrétně je zaměřena na platové rozdíly mezi Severoameričany a Evropany. V první části práce je představen trh, na kterém se pohybujeme a teoretické předpoklady pro přítomnost diskriminace. V druhé části jsou pomocí lineární regrese odhadovány jednotlivé modely vysvětlující platy hráčů na základě jejich dovedností a charakteristik. Závěrečné výsledky …more
