Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsem se věnoval studiu potkaních chlupů pomocí skenovací elektronové mikroskopie. Využil jsem možností mikroskopu s duálním svazkem pro zobrazení vzorků iontovým svazkem za vysokého vakua. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, I have focused on analyzing rat hair by scanning electron microscopy. Having used a microscope with dual beam, the biological samples were displayed by gallium ion beam in high vacuum. In the theoretical part, I described physical principles of electron microscopy and properties of the samples.
