Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o způsobu odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ERMONTA s.r.o. Nejdříve hledá teoretický základ pro správné pochopení situace a následně dle zjištění v analýze a dotazování, přináší k tomuto tématu vlastní návrhy.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses the method of remuneration and motivation of employees in the company ERMONTA, Ltd. In the first part, it seekes a theoretical basis for understanding the situation and it brings own proposals to this subject according to the findings in the analysis and inquiry in the second part.
