Abstract:
Práce se zabývá operativně pátracími prostředky a jejich využitím. Má za cíl obecnou charakteristiku operativně pátracích prostředků, pokouší se udělat rozbor jednotlivých operativně pátracích prostředků a snaží se najít specifika jejich použití.
Abstract:
The work deals with the Operative and Investigative Means (Covered Operations) and their Use deals. Its aim is a general characteristic of Operative and Investigative Means, attempts to do an analysis of individual Operative and Investigative Means and trying to find the specifics of their use.
