Abstract:
Bakalářské práce se zabývá rozvojem technik pro izolaci DNA, a to zejména izolaci s využitím magnetických částic. Popisuje vývoj od tradičních metod izolace DNA (např. fenol-chloroformové extrakce) k novějším postupům izolace DNA jako je adsorpce na silikátový povrch a membránu oxidu hlinitého, izolace pomocí cetyltrimetylamonium bromidu, centrifugace v hustotním gradientu a adsorpce na resin. Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on different methods which have been applied for DNA isolation e. g. phenol-chloroform extraction, adsorption to silica or resin, density gradient centrifugation, adsoprtion to alumina membrane, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide-based DNA isolation and magnetic particles-based DNA extraction.
