Interim Protection in Administrative Justice
Abstract:
Zatímní ochrana práv spolu s dalšími zárukami spravedlivého procesu napomáhá k dosažení účinné ochrany práv ve správním soudním řízení. V soudním řádu správním je zatímní ochrana zastoupena dvěma instituty, a to předběžným opatřením a odkladným účinkem. Interim protection, together with other fair trial guarantees, helps to achieve effective protection of rights in administrative justice proceedings. Under the Code of Administrative Justice, interim protection is represented by two instruments, namely interim measures and suspensive effect.
