Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku mapování hodnotového toku v elektrotechnickém podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou štíhlé výroby. V druhé části je uvedena definice, management a budoucnost hodnotového toku.
