Nutrition and Energetic Requirements for Children with Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje charakteristice onemocnění diabetes mellitus, příčinám jeho vzniku, příznakům onemocnění a léčbě. Dále se zaměřuje na výživové faktory a energetické potřeby dětí trpících onemocněním diabetes mellitus, potravinám s vhodným glykemickým indexem a správnému dennímu dávkování potravin. Krátce je přiblížena i historie této nemoci.
Abstract:
This bachelor work focuses on the characteristics of the disease diabetes mellitus, the causes of its occurrence, the symptoms of the disease and the treatment. It then focuses on the nutritional factors and energy needs of children suffering from the disease of diabetes mellitus, foods with the appropriate glycemic index and the correct daily dosage of food.
