Práce je zaměřena na problematiku společenské smlouvy v 17. století. Úvodní části nabízejí historický přehled formování teorie společenské smluovy a v té souvislosti i přirozeného práva. This work is focused on the social contract study in 17th century. The preamble grants historical summary of forming social contract and in the connection natural law as well. It deals in detail with contractual conception of Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Benedictus Spinoza.
