The bachelor thesis deals with the vulnerability of the municipality with extended powers. The work points out the vulnerability of the village in the event of a long-term power outage – blackout. In the theoretical part, it marginally introduces concepts such as the electricity system and its safety, operation, security breaches, blackout and its impact on the municipality.
