The Influence of Surroundings on a Specific Company
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je provést analýzu okolí, která je zpracována pomocí Porterovy analýzy pěti sil, PESTLE analýzy a SWOT analýzy a navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Abstract:
The theme of the thesis is the influence of surroundings on a specific company. The aim is to analyse surrounding area of the company by Porter's five forces model, SWOT and PESTLE analysis and propose moves aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company.
