Business Plan of a healthy fast casual restaurant

Abstract:

Předmětem práce je tvorba podnikatelského plánu zdravého rychlého občerstvení v České republice. V teoretické části dochází k rozboru klíčových pojmů, struktury a účelu samotného podnikatelského plánu. Obsahuje doporučený postup při tvorbě podnikatelského plánu a jeho odůvodnění. Praktická část se poté zabývá vytvořením konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro zdravé rychlé občerstvení ve Zlíně. Zahrnuje stanovení cílů, marketingovou strategii, analýzu trhu a konkurence a finanční plán. Cílem práce je stanovení životaschopnosti podnikatelského plánu, které bude provedeno v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is the creation of a business plan for a healthy fast food establishment in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part involves an analysis of key concepts, structure, and purpose of the business plan itself. It includes a recommended procedure for creating a business plan and its justification. The practical part then deals with the creation of a specific business plan for a healthy fast-food establishment in Zlín. It includes goal setting, marketing strategy, market and competition analysis, and financial plan. The aim of the thesis is to determine the viability of the business plan, which will be carried out at the end of the work.
