Analysis of process management in the enterprise
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na návrh procesní struktury vybrané organizace na základě metod procesního řízení. Pomocí nástroje ATTIS 4 jsou vytvořeny objektové modely tří podpůrných procesů. Popsané modely prokazatelně vedou k usnadnění sdílení know-how a zlepšení dynamiky organizace. Výstupy této práce jsou podkladem pro implementaci zavádění procesního řízení v Lize vozíčkářů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design-process structure of the selected organization with focus upon business process management methods. Three object models of support processes are designed, using the ATTIS 4 tool.
