A New Interactive Website Template of the Czech Post Improving the Entering Changes in Parcel Delivery

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je analyzován současný stav zadávání změn dispozic pro doručení balíkové zásilky dodávané Českou poštou, s.p., a dále analyzován stav požadavků trhu na funkcionalitu webového formuláře České pošty, s.p., prostřednictvím kterého lze zadávat změny dispozic. Na základě těchto analýz následně práce navrhuje modernější a efektivnější webový formulář, který bude zvyšovat komfort ze strany adresátů zásilek, respektující dodržení poštovní smlouvy uzavřené mezi Českou poštou, s.p., a odesílatelem balíkové zásilky s tím, že zároveň navrhuje řešení, které má za úkol usnadnit a zrychlit práci na poště při zpracování těchto změn dispozic pro doručení zásilky. Dále tato práce obsahuje návrh implementace nového interaktivního webového formuláře, vyhodnocení přínosů implementace a jeho ekonomické zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The purpose of the thesis is to analyse current situation of entering changes of the date or method of parcel delivery service which is provided by the Czech Post. Furthermore, the thesis is aimed at demands of the market on functioning of the website template of the Czech Post which allows entering the changes such as change of the date or method. Taking into consideration this basis, the thesis proposes more effective and modern website template which improves comfort of the addressee of the parcels and respects the agreement concluded between the Czech Post and the consignor. Moreover, it also proposes faster and easier work during the processing. A proposal of the implementation of the new interactive website template, its economic appreciation and its evaluation is analysed, as well.
