Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem trestného činu podvodu. Úvodní část se věnuje obecné rovině trestního práva v čele s rozborem majetkových trestných činů. Druhá kapitola je věnována historickým souvislostem vývoje trestného činu podvodu a jeho zvláštních druhů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis takes aim to look what fraud and fraudulent offences are. Four Fraudulent offences in Czech law system are basic fraud, insurance fraud, loan fraud and subsidy fraud. Criminal code No. 40/2009 is the main source of criminal law in Czech republic. In the first part, this thesis will analyze criminal law in general.
