Retroaktivita v práve

Abstract:
This paper is dealing Institute retroactivity as to the temporal scope of the legislation. The first chapter focuses on the temporal scope of laws. The second chapter deals with the issue of retroactivity as a whole. Third chapter analyzes the retroactivity in terms of European law. The fourth chapter shows the retroactivity of the present and considering how it will evolve itself retroactivity

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá retroaktivitou ako inštitútom týkajúca sa časovej pôsobnosti právnych noriem. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na časovú pôsobnosť právnych noriem. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá všeobecnou problematikou retroaktivity. Tretia kapitola analyzuje retroaktivitu z hľadiska európskeho práva.
