Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na majetkové hodnoty mezi manžely. Konkrétně na vznik a zánik manželství; společné jmění manželů, jeho vznik a zánik, zákonný obsah a konečně i možnosti modifikačních dohod mezi manžely. V úvodu práce je obsažen historický exkurz do římského práva, období prvních kodifikací občanského zákoníku a dalších novelizací.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the common assets between spouses. Specifically on how the marriage as such begin, how extinguished, the Institute of joint property of spouses, the legal content, and last but not least, a modification allowing the spouses.
