The diploma thesis focuses on the position of the Probation and Mediation Service in proceedings relating to children below the age of 15 who are suspected of committing an act otherwise punishable. The Probation and Mediation Service is not currently a party of proceedings according to the Chapter III. of Juvenile Justice Act and may not be informing in the case of acts otherwise punishable by Bodies …more
