Práce se zabývá procesem umírání, který probíhá na nemocničním oddělení LDN a postojem, který k tomuto procesu zaujímají pracovníci tohoto oddělení. Teoretická část práce se předně věnuje oboru thanatologie, který nám tento proces přibližuje. Chceme zde zmínit také truchlení, které k procesu umírání a následné smrti neodmyslitelně patří. Bachelor thesis deals with the process of dying in hospital department Long-Term Care Unit and attitude of staff to this topic. The theoretical part is mainly focused on field of thanatology, which approaches us to this process.
