Oprava chyby v katastrálním operátu je instrumentem, kterým katastrální úřady udržují údaje evidované v katastru nemovitostí v souladu s listinami, které byly podkladem pro jejich zápis. Abstract:
The correction of incorrect data in the Land Register is an instruments, which is used by Land Register offices to keeping cadastre data in conformity with documents of title, which was basis for its inscription. The basic enactment for the corrections of incorrect data is paragraph 8 of Act No. 344/1992 Coll. Cadastre of the Czech Republic (Cadastral Act), as amended.
