Identifying and managing positive/negative factors influencing business strategic plan implementation
Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se věnuje strategickému managementu, konkrétně problematice podnikového strategického plánování. Strategický plán přispívá k úspěchu společnosti. Tento plán je však potřeba nejprve správně sestavit a následně implementovat. Práce poskytuje přehled klíčových faktorů, které při implementaci podnikového strategického plánu hrají největší roli.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with strategic management, more specifically the problematics of business strategic planning. Strategic plan contributes to the success of a company. After the plan is defined, it needs to be implemented. The thesis contains an overview of the key factors influencing the business strategic plan implementation.
