Company communication, conflicts and their solution : differences between small and large company
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá firemní komunikací. Dále se věnuje také konfliktům, ke kterým může na pracovišti dojít, jejich dopadům na organizaci i na jednotlivce a možnostem jejich řešení. V praktické části se potom snaží ukázat rozdíly v jednotlivých bodech mezi malou a velkou firmou.
Abstract:
The work deals with company communication. It also atends with conflicts, which can happen in the workplace, their impacts on organization, individuals and possibilities of their solution. In practical part it shows differences between small and large company in single points.
