Abstract:
Během vývoje spermie dochází k molekulárním změnám nejen uvnitř, ale i na jejím povrchu. V plazmatické membráně se reorganizují a přestavují lipidy, proteiny a sacharidy. Tyto změny vedou k dozrávání spermií. Na proteiny nebo lipidy plazmatické membrány navazuje glykoproteinový obal spermie, který také prochází posttestikulárními změnami. During the sperm development, molecular changes take place not only inside, but also on their surface. Lipids, proteins and carbohydrates are reorganized and rebuilt within the plasma membrane. These changes lead to the maturation of sperm. Proteins or lipids of the plasma membrane are followed by the glycoprotein coat of the sperm, which also undergoes posttesticular changes.
