This thesis deals with the purchase contract and its legislation. It is the most commonly used contractual obligation, therefore, also has a long history, which I describe to the present. Furthermore, I dedicate attention to treaties in General, and the following is a comparison of the purchase contract under the civil and commercial law, with a new civil code.
