Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na smíšené turecko-české páry, které v České republice žádají nebo žádaly o udělení přechodného pobytu. Cílem práce je popsat celý proces řízení, všechny kroky a náležitosti, kterými si páry musí projít. Jako další cíl si práce klade poukázat na nedostatky v jednání liniových pracovníků a české byrokracie.
Abstract:
This thesis is focusing on Turkish-Czech couples which are or were applying in Czech republic for temporary residence permit. The aim of this thesis is to describe whole process, all steps and necessities that couples went through. Another aim is to point out deficiencies in the proceeding of the line workers and the Czech bureaucracy.
