This bachelor thesis deals with the communication between experts and laymen in Internet forums from the computer and electronics area. The forum of the German company Conrad Electronic was selected for analysis. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací mezi odborníky a laiky na internetových fórech z oblastí počítačů a elektroniky. K analýze bylo vybráno fórum německé společnosti Conrad Electronic. Cílem práce je tuto komunikaci analyzovat a ukázat, jak probíhá v online prostředí a jak zde probíhá sdělování odborných znalostí mezi odborníky a laiky.
