Specialist internet forums in the area of computers and electronics as a new means of communication between experts and laymen

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the communication between experts and laymen in Internet forums from the computer and electronics area. The forum of the German company Conrad Electronic was selected for analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this communication and show how it works in the online environment and how specialist knowledge are provided between experts and laymen. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic problematics and introduces Conrad Electronic and the Conrad Community. In the practical part is an analysis of the selected communication situations.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací mezi odborníky a laiky na internetových fórech z oblastí počítačů a elektroniky. K analýze bylo vybráno fórum německé společnosti Conrad Electronic. Cílem práce je tuto komunikaci analyzovat a ukázat, jak probíhá v online prostředí a jak zde probíhá sdělování odborných znalostí mezi odborníky a laiky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické časti je vysvětlena základní problematika a představena firma Conrad Electronic a Conrad Community. V praktické části poté následuje analýzy vybraných komunikačních situací.
