Accounting solutions of leasing according to the Czech accounting legislation, the federal law of the Russian Federation and the IFRS for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou leasingu a postupů jeho účtování v různých zemích. Pozornost je věnovaná především metodám zachycení leasingové smlouvy v účetnictví podniku a daňové uznatelnosti výdajů, popř. příjmů. Dalším úkolem je snaha porovnat účetní řešení leasingu podle odlišných standardů. Pro dosažení výše uvedených cílů byl vytvořen souhrnný příklad se splátkovým kalendářem, který je velmi přiblížen reálné situaci v praxi a byl zaúčtován podle českých účetních standardů, mezinárodních standardů pro malé a střední podniky a pomocí ruské legislativy. Každý postup je podrobně rozebrán s ohledem na různé situace, které mohou nastat v reálném životě. V práci je rovněž uveden seznam právních norem, které obsahují informace související s leasingem; druhy leasingu a některé další informace o jeho vývoji v různých zemích. Závěrečným bodem práce je srovnání tří postupů a vymezení shod a rozdílů v metodách účtování.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader with the issue of leasing and the procedures of its accounting in various countries. Attention is devoted mainly to methods of capture of leasing contracts in the accounts of the company and the tax-deductibility of expenditure or income. The next task is to try to compare the accounting treatment of leases according to different standards. To achieve the above objectives was created a catchall example of the payment schedule, which is very approached real situations in practice and has been posted according to Czech accounting standards, international standards for small and medium-sized enterprises and the help of the Russian legislation. Each procedure is in detail discussed with regard to the different situations that may arise in real life. In the work is also a list of legal standards, where information related to leasing, types of leases, and any other information about the development of leasing in each country. The final point of the work is the comparison of the three procedures and the definition of similarities and differences in methods of accounting.
