Abstract:
Hlavním výzkumným cílem je zmapovat roli sestry mentorky u konkrétního poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. Na základě hlavního cíle byly stanoveny dílčí cíle: zjistit názory na roli mentorky z pohledu studentů; zjistit motivaci všeobecných sester k výkonu mentorství; zjistit limity a benefity mentoringu z pohledu studentů a mentorů; komparovat výsledky obou sledovaných skupin; vytvořit návrh výstupu …more

The main research goal is to map the role of a mentor nurse in a specific healt care provider.
