Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je adaptace sociálních pracovníků při nástupu do organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat proces adaptace sociálních pracovníků při nástupu do organizace. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou s daným tématem spjaty. Kapitolami teoretické práce jsou Řízení lidských zdrojů v organizacích sociální práce, Adaptace pracovníků a Adaptace sociálních pracovníků. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který je zpracován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a doplněn o studium dokumentů. Výzkum je zaměřen na zkušenost sociálních pracovníků, kteří nastoupili do organizace, kde probíhal proces jejich adaptace. Získána data jsou zpracována, interpretována a diskutována v poslední kapitole práce.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the adaptation of social workers when they join the organization. The aim of the thesis is to examine the process of adaptation of social workers when they join an organisation. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining the basic concepts that are related to the topic. The chapters of the theoretical work are Human Resource Management in Social Work Organizations, Adaptation of Workers and Adaptation of Social Workers. The research part of the thesis is focused on qualitative research, which is processed by semi-structured interviews and supplemented by document study. The research focuses on the experience of social workers who have joined an organization where their adaptation process took place. The data obtained is processed, interpreted and discussed in the last chapter of the thesis.
